Aaaannnnd...the toddler has perfect timing as always. I also immensely enjoyed the battle of the vegetables. And, no, I didn't drown in the fluff. It was just the right amount.

It's true: men are from Mars and women are from Venus. I love how they miscommunicate in this chapter. Of course it's also the fact that they don't know each other, so they don't know what to expect during the argument. 

Unf I think I just melted to goo and drowned in teh fluff. >D My heart is pumping so fast I'm anticipating of the next events that will come.

Veggie fight FTW!!!! Sesshomaru is giving in big time! >D Kagome is winning him over~ >D

"impressive impersonation of a ninja?" XD I like the style you wrote in to emphasize the "oh my gosh" feeling of the situation like the "he froze. she froze" part.

"Not yet." Oh, Sesshoumaru, you devil. Good cover up. Haha.

Allergic to children. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. You have really outdone yourself with the humor in this chapter. I could picture him scowling and everything. It was great.

...Great job, baby. That moment was so perfect I should have expected it to be interupted! Damn it!

The fluff wasn't actually that overwhelming. I've never been a big fan of excessive teeth-hurting sugary sweetness, but that was good and light enough that I won't get a cavity from it :)

Oh, the ingredient picking! I was waiting for this chapter! I think I squealed when I noticed it.

I like the idea of the husband and wife waterfalls and what you did with it. It was a nice serene moment for Sesshoumaru and Kagome but it was tinged with the sorrow over the tragic love story that didn't work out that I'll look forward to hearing about in future chapters. Leave it to Kagome to notice his word choice on it "was" the story behind Shiraito. I feel like giving it a history makes the ryokan and this world seem more real. Nice job, history buff :)

I knew he would go after her. It would bother him too much. Especially since he was feeling guilty. But I was still excited when he actually DID go after her.

"What is this, the feudal era?" XD. Why no, Kagome, it isn't. LOL.

And I like how he had that weak moment and then he resumed his old self. Kind of.

One more mystery revealed! A huge food industry family, huh? I wonder how that will play into fact that Sesshoumaru and his mother had the ryokan. Suspense!

Oho, he's preparing dinner for her, that was a sweet moment....Totally unrelated to the story, but isn't the fact that he can provide the meals usually an important step for a male trying to get the attention of a female? - At least in some fanfiction that is....:)

Oh...their first moment together! And I bet this is when Sesshoumaru realizes that maybe Kagome is more than she seems and will start to like her more?

Poor Kagome...it looks like it will take a lot of work. I love the way you write Sesshomaru. 

I've just read the first chapter and I must say that's a very promising start. I'll go and read more....

I adore the story of the husband and wife waterfalls.  The simplicity and beauty of the story struck me as totally authentic.  A lot of the "legends" in fanfics seem way overly elaborate, but you imparted just the right balance of human emotion, history, and the natural element, it was beautiful.  The significance of the waterfalls seems so meaningful when juxtaposed with the newlywed status of Kagome and Sesshomaru, hopefully they can overcome the obvious tragedy of the "shameful woman" that has obviously traumatized Sesshomaru and made him unable to interact with others...

Love it. ^_^ I realllyyyy enjoyed this chapter!!
