OK so as much as I have TRIED to access my account on FF.net, I haven't been able to because of one thing or another. I didn't want to make a new email just to make a new account on FFnet just so that I could write to you and follow your story, so I decided to track down your fic here and make an account here instead (It was either Dokuga or AO3 and AO3 is a pain because of invites).

There's just a few things that I wanted to tell you:

I've been following your writing ever since you first started working on "My Hatred, My Obsession". Even back then, I wished that I had half of your talent for writing stories. After you stopped working on that fic, I periodically read some of the other stuff you put out. I watched how you got better and better with every fic that you worked on and even got hooked on Pulchra Tenebris even though I'm not much of a gamer and I'm not that into Dragon Age (what you did with the comic is mindblowing).

Then when  I saw that you were rewriting this fic, I point blank, literally screamed!!! I think I scared my dog half to death. I was so sad when I saw you stop updates for this story a few years back, but you can't imagine how happy I am to see you rewriting and continuing it. I've read all the chapters you have so far and this rewrite is a billion times more awesome than the original. The original was really cool, but this is turning into a masterpiece.

Please, for the love of Sesshoumaru's fluffy tail thing and for the love of readers like me - don't stop writing this! I need to know the ending even more than before. I have waited years to know what you had planned for this story and never realized how badly I wanted to know until I saw that you were regularly writing this again.

Sorry if all this seems like gushy gibberish. I just really wanted you to know that you have a huge fan sitting right here and waiting for your updates with as much excitement as I wait for anime episodes every week. I read a couple of other reviews here and on FFnet and it looks like I'm not the only person who really likes your stuff.

When is your book coming out this year? I want to be one of the first people to buy it!

Now I'm all caught up but I'm confused as hell. What's happening to Kagome? It's like she's got MPD or something. Is she possessing that chick Midori's body? Ffffffffffffffffffff....I have to know what happens next. She's got to get away from the Katashi dude and get back to Sess! All this convo about marriage and babies is giving me the psycho vibe...

And she's gone! WTFFFFF....omg I hope nothing's happened to her. Something was said about sacrifice. What did that mean?

God, the description of the stone magic was the shit. This story is SO.WELL.WRITTEN. I can't believe how good this is.

Nice. So glad he's taking care of her now. Hmmm, what's this stone thing? Sounds pretty dangerous...

You've got a really emotional and gritty style. I like it. I can really get in Sesshomaru's head. So is this kid Kagome or what?

Wow...not sure if I've ever seen this kind of plot.

This blew me out of the water!! Kagome's in deep sheep now. Poor thing. But it doesn't look like she plans to keel over without a fight. Let's hope she can find a way out of this and back into Sessy's arms. Mad skills as usual, Kyndred, especially with the ogre chase scene. That was stellar 0_0

So.... this is where Kagome (Midori) ended up 3 months later? Or...huh...Midori is a new character? Kagome ' s essence or something is living in Midori's body? What... I think I'm confusing myself. Hahahaha. Thanks for the update :)

So many impressions from just this chapter that it would be hard to list all of them. I'm really excited to see Kagome again, but I'm scared for her too. Her situation seems to be pretty tough. Not only is she trapped in the enemy's grasp, but she's confused and doesn't know who she is. A second stone was mentioned, too. How many are there? At this rate, I really wonder what you have planned to reunite her with Sesshoumaru and how he is going to react to seeing her by his enemy's side. I'm sure that will be a pleasant conversation. ARGH! Things are really heating  up now! Write write write! Please!

I noticed that a few reviewers who were previously anon made accounts on this site. Gonna assume that was to keep up with these lightning updates. I guess that means that I'm next. Getting tired of hopping to this bookmarked page and pressing refresh to see if there's a new chap out. Plus, there's lots of other fun stories here so it's prolly worth it. This chapter was da bomb. I was secretly hoping to read something from Kag's p.o.v. Glad to see you made it happen. Now just untwist all this insane twisting that you've done, answer all the riddles, fill in all the gaps, and we'll be good. Wait, who am I kidding? I LOVE that about this story! Makes me want to draw some fanart or something...is that allowed? Would you be ok with fanart of your stuff? Might be crappy fanart, but hey it's the thought that counts right?

Queue drums of doom! I was really not expecting this. Can agree with reviewer below. Have tons of questions that need answers NOW. Haha j/k j/k. I know you said youre on vacation. TYVM for updating anyway. We all love this story and we all want more, so please give us more awesome A.S.A.P girl! \0/

Great update, but oh no! So many questions, like, how in tarnation did she get there? What happened to the stone (the second one I assume)? Why are these humans lying to her? What did they see? Who's pretending to be her father? Can that Katashi guy keep his touchy feely hands to himself? Can Kagome just run away already? It's been months, why has she been with them for so long? she needs to get away from dude with touchy feely hands :(

Awesome chapter! If you don't mind, I'll lay out some theories that I have now about what's happening: Like a couple other reviewers have said, I think the glimpses we see of Kagome are "pieces" of her that come from the stones. What we saw in this chapter was  most likely a larger fragment that had a lot of the old Kagome's memories. It was a bit trippy, but I liked it because it felt exactly how I think someone in that situation would feel. The appearance of Midori seems almost like some kind of alter-ego or multiple personality that's developed in all the confusion. I think that Katashi must have found her while looking for the stone and took her under his wing with a bunch of super evil lies that made her even more confused. Now she doesn't know if she's actually Midori or Kagome, and it's going to be awesome seeing how these two personalities clash in one body. Is she going to resolve that within herself and overcome it? I hope she sees Katashi's true colors soon. Awesome awesome awesome job yet again. This story continues to impress.

where did this Midori character trait come from... This chapter is all over the place... Are you going to explain how she came to be where she is.

What a twist! Holy cripes! This was seriously the last thing that I was expecting to happen. My lady Kyndred, you are my mistress in all things. Please release the next chapter soon or I will die of excitement.
