You're back??? OMG. I couldn't friggin believe when I saw this on the home page. This new chapter was AWESOME, not to mention I stayed up all night reading all the last chapters again to catch up. BAH, this story is the icing on the cake! I'm guilty of lurking, but I just had to leave a word or two to let you know that you have a reader following this who's sittin in her chair and DYING for the next update. Please write more!!

Kyndred! It's been such a long time! I'm so happy to see you back and writing again. This story captivated me all those months ago, and I was worried you wouldn't finish it. Glad to see you've continued, and what an interesting chapter we have here, indeed. 

As always, I'll start my review with a disclaimer about my words being all personal opinion and the possibility of containing SPOILERS for the fanfiction, so please keep that in mind when reading my ramblings. As an editor, I can be a bit wordy with my responses. 

Not sure if it'll make you happy or sad, but I'm going to analyze what's happening a bit [as I always do]. As it stands, I am still astounded by how organized this piece is. I can tell you have a detailed outline and that you're sticking to it. Your characters are growing at a steady pace, and the plot is developing logically. A lot of writers struggle with that for a long time, especially in lengthier chapter works, but I see no struggle here.

I went back and re-read the earlier chapters. Looks like you cleaned up some narrative mostly. Interesting how we think something is perfect, but later down the line, we can still find things to fix here and there. That's why I love being an editor.

This chapter brought some surprises to the table. I thought maybe Kagome's soul was inside this girl Midori's body, but now we see that Midori isn't real at all! Poor Kagome. She must be confused as hell. With Midori being a result of her mind's struggle to make sense of the world, how will Kagome continue her growth as a character? Will she discard the shell or will she assimilate it?

Good thing Kagome's personality is stronger and more decisive than Midori's or she wouldn't have been able to escape. I LOVE how she took Katashi's horse. That's going to be a blow to the prideful man's knob, and I don't mean the one attached to the door. 

Looks like Kagome has quite a trip ahead of her. I'm personally hoping Sess will fly overhead and catch sight of her somehow before she gets in trouble. What will he think when he sees her a little older than before? It feels like everything and everyone is now headed for one destination, so I'm hoping they all meet up soon! As always, you've left me wanting more. Update soon, please!

interesting, but strange none the less who is this Midori then and why is she in kagome's head? and how the hell did that happen? you just shimmied over it and went straight to the next part with out explaining what exactly happened how did kagome end off with them? how did she end off with the Midori voice in her head and who is it? how do they know about the fragments? how is it all connected to kagome then? she died how is her soul fragmented into many stones? you have left me with many questions.

Beautifully written.  I have been waiting for an update on this chapter for a long time.  But I'm so pleased that you are back and have the fires of muse with you.  I love your portrayal of Kagome and Sesshomaru in this story....unique yet without straying too far from their oringal personalities.  I'm eagerly awaiting the next chapter in this adventure.  Hopefully you will grace us with another this month!  Cheers!

Oh  my word, today has just been a wonderful day for me finding amazing fanfiction.  This story has me intrigued.  I have no idea what the two Kagome's were trying to say with their prophesies, it sounded like the older one was sayin he would have to let Kagome go.  And what the hell is going on with Susume (sp?) is he evil, good, what?  He is the most confusing character right now.  And the bad guy what is he up to with Kagome?  I know he knows she's not that Midori chick, and how the hell did she get 2 different personalities?  Was it the bump on the head into the river? The priest that performed that purification or whatever?  This is an amazing story and I can't wait till you grace us with another chapter.  You are in my bingo book.

Your descriptions are excellent. The imagery and elloquence of your words are lovely. I like that Sesshomaru is curious to a fault at times, just as he is in Canon. This is a very good read. 

This is so intense and interesting. The developements feel natural in their timing, nothing is rushed, nor is anything too slow. It is nice. And I am curious to discover more. 

Your characterization of Sesshomaru is spot on. Perfect. Even if it makes me miss fluffy fluffiness lol, this is very true to the canon character. I can easily get fluff elsewhere, but this is excellently perceived and rare. Not to mention an interesting and unique story. 

Wow, its extremely unique and well writen. I didn't notice any errors in grammar or spelling either! I find that refreshing!! I rarely find something so well writen. I wish I had time to read more than one chapter at the moment. I'll be looking forward to reading more soon enough. :)

Susumu...something tells me that his behavior isn't what it looks like on the surface. Or maybe I just can't accept what he's doing,I dunno. I guess I'll have to patiently wait and see...

The originality of this plot never fails to take my breath away. What will you show us next? I'm so excited to see it!
