Kagome has given her all in this chapter, not only for Sesshoumaru, but for the world once again. I wonder when she'll totally figure out that she's the Kami's special weapon...born to correct the errors of the past and set life back on track before the world's inhabitants destroy themselves.

I love how you're working all this and making it so believable. It's a grand piece of fiction, Moonlight. I'm still here, my friend...always.

Sorry I missed this when you posted it, but I'm thrilled to know that Sesshoumaru did in fact stay when Kagome was being raped and he knew that she wasn't deceiving him.

Chizu has plans of her own that Ko doesn't know about. He thinks he's all high and mighty here where he's got the woman he wants though he forced for into a marriage and then raped her. He needs Kagomes purity to get the fruit he needs to change him into an immortal but Ko nor Chizu know that Kagome isn't just another miko from Nippon.

I know that while Kagome was meditating she wasn't just cleansing her soul and spirit but was using this time to form some kind of plan too as she can't let Ko or anyone else get that fruit.

Sesshoumaru shows up just in time and what more does Kagome need to tell her that the only way for that fruit to stay out of Ko and Chizu's hands is for the Kami above to tell her that they allowed for two pieces of fruit so that she and Sesshoumaru will consume it to keep it away from evil of Ko and Chizu. Just seeing that there are two pieces of fruit when she and Sesshoumaru are there together and they have true love and commitment for each other is enough for me to think this would be the only way to go. The Kami above has always guided Kagome's life and she will need to lean on that faith now.

Chizu said she is no match for Sesshoumaru and his sword and with him now being in his full power and health, plus fully aware of Ko and his power that Ko will not be much trouble to take down either, especially with Kagome's determination to stop Ko from hurting her, Sesshoumaru or anyone else.

Now to see if Kagome can see what she needs to do. Can she love and live with Sesshoumaru for all eternity or are her words just words?

I can't wait for the showdown, it's about time that Sesshomaru and Kagome kicks some serious butt. Oh mother, I feel a little sad for Ko and what is mom will try to do to him. Not! Great chapter as always.

So, the plot is thickening. Sesshoumaru is aware of Kagome's love for him and, due to his presence in the island, Chizu is plotting against her own reincarneted son, seeing him as a possible threat to her survival due to his obssession for Kagome. And Kagome, on the other hand, is planning something to spoil the plans of Chizu and Ko. Very interesting. I'm waiting the next chapter anxiously.

I'm sitting on the edge of my seat in anticipation to see what happens next!

So much angst and drama. Kagome may very well be pregnant upon Ko's selfish insistence. She now knows all the significance of her mating mark and what she has lost. I feel her pain and am pleased that she had enough courage to fight back. Though her emotional episode at the end was heart-wrenching, she felt encouraged by Sesshomaru's presence and now will have the strength to stand up against mother and son.

Great story, loved every chapter. I could not leave a review without asking this question. Will it be possible for Sesshomaru to mate Kagome again for a second time? Read a few stories that says that it couldn't be done the same way again. If that is the case what will happen to them? I really would like to see a happy ending to this, but if there isn't one I am fine with it as well. Update, Update. Lol!

I hate this. So much pain and anguish all around because of selfishness. Ko needs to get a clue, even without their bond in tact Kags will never feel for him the way he wants her to. Sesshomaru maybe a prideful creature but i'm sure when he has time to think things through properly and in calmness he will realize that Kags is innocent. Good job on the chapter.

A very emotional chapter for our favourite couple. Sesshomaru's decision made a great deal of sense. Recover first act later. I really can't see the situation between Ko and Kagome getting any better. He is obsessed with her, she does not want or desire him and so jealousy and anger will guarantee that he hurts her. What a day for him to see the mark on Kagome's neck. Trouble, Trouble is on the horizon!

Love this chapter and all those before. I hate Ko though and I can't wait for him to die and die horribly. Waiting anxiously for his downfall.

Kagome should have kicked him in the groin. He deserved that busted nose. Poor Kags learning about all that she had lost. I can feel her emotions. What a nightmare. I only hope that they can put up a divided front whenever they get a chance and defeat that sick twisted pair. Your story is fantastic, full of drama, intense and nicely written. You deserve way more reviews than this my dear. Keep writing the way you do. I am a loyal reader and will always review.

What an unconscionable bastard. How could he force her to like what he is doing to her. I can feel the humiliation that she feels. At least Sesshomaru is re-thinking his early assessment of them. So much heartache, Kags learning from that devil some of the things her mark had represented.

Way to go Kagome!!! Stand up to that sucker just like you do with Sesshoumaru. I loved it when she balled up her fist and with all she was she punched his nose and made him bleed. She didn't give him the satisfaction of seeing her cry when he slapped her. That young miko from the future needed to make a strong comeback and stand her ground just like she does with Sesshoumaru and ever other being that would anger her.

I was impressed that this girl from the future, now a woman, finally made an apperance. There are ways not to let Ko get his way with her and she needs to stay strong and focus on this alone. She's had years of living now and she still possesses future knowledge and she's lived with youkai and has seen battle, even had to use her future knowledge to aide her many times.

And now she knows the whole story behind this island and that Ko needs Kagome's purity to retrieve it...but does she know that if she were to take the fruit and eat it herself with her purity she could end Ko and Chizu's torment of her?  Well this is my thought anyway. This would also put her on the same plane as Sesshoumaru where her life would be as an immortal. Hmmm, I'm getting way ahead of myself again, ne?

Sesshoumaru was in hearing distance of this whole conversation and he should now know that Kagome hated what Ko did to her and that even now she confesses her undying love and devotion to Sesshoumaru. I only wish that somehow they could converse without being caught.

Well, now Kagome knows the whole truth about Ko and Chizu and what they want her to do for them, since they are too impure to harvest the fruit themselves. Unfortunately, Kagome also knows the real extent of what she unknowingly lost with Sesshoumaru, thanks to Ko's selfshness. I hope she can destroy the fruit and spoil the plan of these two, because Ko proved to be a real monster, attracting young women so that his mother, who is another monster, could devour they souls. But now, on the other hand, Sesshoumaru knows, with Kagome's outburst, that she loves him and did not betray him on purpose, and she also knows that he'd heard her words. That's good. Great chapter.

I have to say this this fic has indeed been on angsty rollercoaster for Kagome and everything she's trying to cope with her adventures and subsiquencial marriage to InuYasha which lasted for quite a long time with her beleiving that she could never have the love and family that she had always dreamed of until after his death when she decided that she would follow the only family member she thought would understand her as it has happened that after InuYasha's death that he had viaited his brother after a time over Kagome not being able to conceive only to find that she and he would never have offspring as was the way with hanyou and Kagome's like keep the same as others aroung her aged, Sango, Miroku, Kaede and even InuYasha aged but she didn't.

She had alot to think about then but then InuYasha got sick with an illness that no one, not even Sesshoumaru had an answer for, but perhaps it was because his weak human side caught an illness his hanyou side couldn't heal and he asked Swsshoumaru to please watch over Kagome as she would be totally left without anyone she once knew and loved once he died. Sesshoumaru may not have truly agreed to do this but when the time came, he relinguished his misgivngs and allowed it, but Kagome being Kagome always needed (no wanted) to understand Sesshoumaru  and she infiltered herself in his life and even cause trouble when she didn't expect to do so and then berated him for helping her.

Their relationship began on a rocky beginning. Each fighting emotions and tradtions within until almost a year later, they find a more even balance and even began to reliese they love one another.

Unfotunately, on the one year anniversary of InuYasha's death and burial the village recided in hold a festival in his honor and they errect a small monument where he was buried by his wife, Kagome. Kagome, however, has great difficulty during this time and she drinks more alcohol than she knowns she can handle because she argued with Sesshoumaru before coming and he wouldn't come with her. This gets out of hand and she dances and talks with a young man she knows through his sister and allows him to take her into her home she had practically abandoned to stay at Sesshoumaru's winter home and getaway when Rin was but a young child. They have sexual relations, but Kagome baths thouroughly believing this will avoid "discussions" as Sesshoumaru sense of smell is so superior but doesn't relieze that he has indeed gone to find her only to see her and her 'lover' and believes she has lied to him. When she comes "home" he is there waiting and he sees the humans hickey he left on her neck and they have an all in all fight over it.

After much tublulence and time, they find that the attraction they feel for each other is something to explore and are finally learning more about each other and sharing many loving, endearing times together. Sesshoumaru learns for a great war beginning to establish itself against the west and needs to leave for a rather undefined amount of time and Kagome argues enough that he foregoes his feelings and takes her along. She goes against Sesshoumaru's oders to stay put hidden from harm but she follows the bandit in hopes of helping and gets caught only to find that it's the human man Kagome has sex with at InuYasha's funeral.

This is a tragic love story with so many different twists and turns. Moonlight Silk is very good at writing drama filled angst with many twists and turns. Moonlight Silk is garranteed to keep you guessing and on the edge of your seat. She's not your normal Boy meets girl and the rest of the story is filled with sex. She gives her character's life meaning and gives the reader a chance to see why the characters are the way they are. She also trys to keep the original characters as close to the manga and series as possible but these characters grow up past the manga and series and Moonlight Silk continues to make them interesting enough to keep we, the readers interested as well as intrigued.

I loved the mystery and drama Moonlight Silk has woven into this story and she is one writer who is happy to try to help you along when you don't understand.

DON'T GIVE UP READERS!!! GIVE THE WRITER A CHANCE. I'M SURE WITHOUT A DOUBT YOU WILL LOVE THIS AS IT IS A KAGOME AND SESSHOUMARU FIC OR SHE WOULDN'T HAVE POSTED IT.
