That, my dear, was one of the best written, most beautiful lemons I've read in quite a while!  Do not fear, you have proven, in one chapter, your ability to write intimate scenes with the best authors that our fandom has to offer.  Kudos!!!  I love the turns that this story is taking and am eagerly looking forward to seeing where things go from here.  Will he mate her?  And how will she handle this new-found level of intimacy with our oh-so-scary demon lord?  How will he protect her in that nest of vipers he calls a court?  Oh, so many things to ponder!  Thank you so much for the time and effort you've put into this wonderful story, as well as for the break from Real Life that reading it has given me!  :-)  ~~Wiccan~~

Your words describing her inner emotions, how she comes to understand the meaning of pack were so poetic, just wonderful!

I also like how your own sense of humor, your playfulness shines through...  He explains things to her slowly, and may need to refresh her failing memory of their previous encounters, LMAO (MDR)!

whoops! just an addendum to the review I just left - I went back and re-read the lemon scene and I realized you actually DID use the word "member" to describe Sess' penis. Amazing, since (as I already stated) I usually HATE it when authors do this - but in this case, it obviously didn't even bother me too much (probably b/c you used the term sparingly).  So I guess this must be an even greater testament to how well the rest of the lemon was written: the fact that I didn't even notice that you'd used that word until I read it a second time!  Anyhow sorry if I offended in any way based on my prior comments, but as I stated, I really do enjoy this story. So much in fact, that I can even overlook the use of "member" in a lemon scene. (And that is high praise indeed).

This story is delicious. I always get excited when I see you've updated. I'm curious to find out more about the shadowy vampiric thing that was draining Kagome's essence (I'm sure you'll reveal that in due time). 

And don't worry about your lemon writing, this one was good. (It wasn't the most explicit I've seen, but sometimes it can really backfire when an author tries to be too explicit. Thank goodness you didn't resort to having the characters scream out "ooh" or scream each others' names; that is one of the easiest ways to ruin a lemon scene. Also kudos for not using euphemisms for their sexual parts (like "member" or "manhood," those always make me cringe.)  And although I will admit to enjoying a (well-written) explicit lemon scene, the fact is that the interaction between these two at this point in your story is supposed to be tender and exploratory, where both of them are realizing newly awakened feelings about each other (whether that be "pack," or the human concept of "love," which although both Sess and Kag have internally acknowledged is not present here, I think they're rather in denial...).  So for this initial coupling, the non-explicit (or rather, not overly explicit) nature of their joining works quite well.  And I don't know why, but I always find the idea of Sess' anatomy acting like a dog and "locking" inside Kag to be really hot. So that's a plus that you've included it here!)

Very scary chapter, but I can see how it was necessary to make the reader really feel the hatred for what was going on just as much as Kagome.  My own heart hurt for her.  Whew, now I must read more.  Great work.

I've re-read this story over and over again.  It's a great story...I can't wait to read what's going to happen next.  I hope you'll update soon.

Wow!  What a powerfully dark, yet intense series you have going on here!  It's all at once very confusing (the evil powers not yet made clear) and sensual, as Kagome and Sesshoumaru reach out for each other.

I really like these supernatural elements you've incorporated, between the ghost of the tortured girl possessing Kagome, to her ability to inhale his youki and restore herself (WHOA that was a powerful scene!).  It's something not often seen in these fics (that I'm aware of), but is a new and intriguing element.

I look forward to the continuation of this series, however it fast or slow it progresses.  I'm also adding it to my rec list :)

Ohhhh, good chapter!  I'd like to wake up to him straddling me... but I wouldn't react the way she did!  LOL!  I love this story and I can't wait for the next update!
