I can completely understand Izayoi's hatred. This kind of long time abuse would darken anyone's heart.
I was afraid Izayoi's response would be something like this.
Inuyasha deserves better and I believe Kagome will be there for him. I hope Sesshomaru will too. I just hope Sesshomaru doesn't get jealous of her time spent with Inuyasha, because he will take up a lot of Kagome's time.
Poor Inupapa - I hope he can help Kogane come to terms with everything. I hope Izayoi will realize what she's giving up.

That said, I feel a great deal of sympathy for Izayoi in this. From what we know, she didn't exactly ask to be a broodmare for the Western lands. It's understandable, though very sad, she would reject Inuyasha. I hope she can find it in herself to remember he is an innocent in all of this.
