Kind of funny, but I find it a little offensive to be having someone trail after me only to observe me; it'd made me feel like some circus freak and I'm pretty sure Kagome already feels enough like that. And if that's not enough, he's starting to entertain himself at her expense. I don't know, that's just me. But I guess it's needed for your plot.
