I know you probably get hundreds of reviews, but one more won't hurt. I love your story and what you've you done with it. It's interesting and I think getting to know each other via letters is brilliant. I hope for more.

As always a wonderful chapter :DDDD can't wait to see what Kagome writes in the next letter and how Sesshomaru will react to her picture. They are so cute not realizing that a picture in a frame on a desk means more than friendship! :DD

i've got to say, your story is absolutely GENIUS! I'm completely loving it and i'm glad that it's getting closer and closer to the end of the war, though i wouldn't be surprised if sesshomaru managed to just jump straight to general before the war was over and end up on desk duty for the rest of it, that would probably definately annoy him but then it would keep him safe for kagome and give her a chance to confess face to face

once again, you are a complete genius and i look forward to when you next update

Wow, this is getting really interesting.  InuYasha is travelling the accustomed path of the wastrel and abuser by becoming worse rather than better.  I guess Kagome will learn a hard lesson about who her friends really are.

What a sweet and interesting story.  I continue to enjoy reading it.

I wonder if Sesshomaru will find out that InuYasha has actually been hitting Kagome?  It will be interesting to find out.  Sending his old Lt's bar seems very touching to me, and the gift of a scarf she knit herself that he wears every day is poignant as well...

I like this very much.  Your portrayal of Kagome's mother and the relationship between Sesshomaru, his father, and his younger brother all ring very true.  As in the first chapter, you have some issues with spelling and barbarisms, but not to the point where it is really a detriment to the story.  Keep up the great work!

Interesting!  I noticed a few typos or spelling errors, but nothing that interfered with the enjoyment of reading.  In your first chapter, you introduced several interesting elements which I'm sure will ripen in subsequent chapters.  I am a fan of the slow reveal!  And since I come late to reading this fanfic, I have the treat of reading quite a few chapters all at once.  I look forward to it!
