chutzpah is a quality one has, it is not some that that one is. the definition of chutzpah: a guy kills his parents and then throws himself on the mercy of the court because he is an orphan.
i thing schmuck would be a better word to use. the schmuck is a male's foreskin, which is removed in a circumcision. someone totally worthless. proper use in a sentence: That schmuck has chutzpah! and now you know yiddish.
