Is it just me, or are other people having problems with this too?

I've recently been doing small changes to my story, Contingency.

The title is usually set as centered but whenever i changed something completely unrelated to the title, when i view it in a regular window, the title is reverted to right-align.

I've tried to fix this using the HTML function, and I know that I do it correctly, and yet it still does that for every chapter that I've made small changes to. I've tried pasting from Word with the correct formatting, still nothing. I've tried retyping in in the edit tool, still didn't do anything.

Same thing's happened in my Heartbeats story where in the recent chapter, a part of the title is right-aligned and no matter what I do, I can't seem to get it centered.

EDIT: I ALSO tried by experiment. I opened chapter 16 for my Heartbeats story and I didn't edit anything whatsoever. I just opened it and clicked save. And the right-align thing happened again. ><
