You got it! This was made up based on some of my own ideas as well as the many likenesses everyone's youkais have. No need to use it, however the markings section is mine and if that is used, credit would be nice.:3
Youkai/Yokai
- Appearance
-Silver/vibrant hair color
-Intense eye color(s). Usually more than one shade/color.
*ex.)gold with specks of copper OR turquoise faded teal.
-Long, sharp claws
-Pointed, elongated ears
-Markings
~Hanyous as well as some youkai do not have markings at all.** Kitsunes. Hanyou are not full-blooded youkai, and kitsunes rely solely on trickery. (some youkai do not counsider trickery a power)
~Hierarchy of markings; size and color.
>Thin to thick; weak to powerful.
>White,yellow,orange,red,violet, blue violet, blue, midnight,black.**In-between shades may vary. ex.)Teal, yellow-green, etc.
>Black is rare; DEADLY!
~Mating is based on markings, since markings are based on power.**Youkai of higher power settle for the same color or as close as possible. Youkai with black may not find another black marked youkai, so they settle for blue-midnight. Of course this is optional too, especially if they fall in love with a yellow-blue violet. However, for youkai, love is rare 
~Also, since markings are based on power, they are subject to change.
