It's most definitely MA and might possibly be dubcon?? It's oneshot, as I've said, and is possibly CU where Kagome decided to stay in the future. Sesshoumaru found her and confronted her because he knew she desired him and felt very guilty about it because she was supposed to love InuYasha. She fled from InuYasha and the past to stay in the future.

I don't think the smut is very long? But Sesshoumaru did scare a neighbor from banging on the door/wall/floor. Kagome might've lived in a condo, though, can't remember.
