It counts votes on IP address, so even if you're logged out, it'll only count your vote once. I'll double-check to make sure, but we should be good.

Hrmm, just noticed something funky...I went to go vote in a few categories I missed and when I opened the "Vote" page in a new tab (using Firefox) it logged me out on that page, but it still let me vote. It took me a while to realize it logged me out though (I had a "wait didn't I already vote for this?" moment thankfully).

Also, because of the issue, I think the system might have double-counted some of my votes. I don't know if I'm the only one having this issue. Just wanted to point it out.

It says it under the Best Fanart for Sesshomaru and Best Fanart for Kagome... I thought it meant there were not enough entries at this time and it would be voted upon on next quarter awards
