Okay.. my little girl will be two in march im having a time trying to potty train her. I know its time to train her because she strips off her diaper and walks to the bathroom only to squat on my rug, -.-", but every time i get her seated on her chair or what not she looks at me like im stupid.
Im not sure if shes squatting on my bathroom rug because my dogs do it or what.. Ive shown her how to sit and wipe but she just keeps ignoring me v.v
Any advice for the frustrated mother?

I know this is going to sound weird, and I'm not just saying this because I have personally never potty trained a baby and have only potty trained animals but..maybe when she does the right thing you should give her positive feedback or make potty training a positive experience?
Watch her, and if she shows signs that she needs to use the potty, take her to it and set her on it. If she goes in the potty, praise her, tell her she did good, or you could also give her one of her favorite treats if she does good as a reward.

I had to deal with the same thing from my eldest daughter and with advice from my grandmother, I took her potty chair and sat it in front of the tv and turned on her favorite tv show...and well she did her business.
And after about a week she was going to the potty regularly even if she wasn't in front of the tv.

Ive tried them both v.v and it didnt work... praise and what not doesnt work... and ive placed her on her potty only for her to 'try' to pee on me v.v She not big on tv either, and when i tried that she got up and decided to pee on my couch when i left for like a sec.
Shes a vindictive hard headed little red head T.T
But i i'll check out those sites and maybe it'll help some.. otherwise Ill end up ducktaping her to her potty..

>.<... okay she's doing this just to be mean now T.T I sat her on the potty and she didnt go, which is normal, but i decided to leave the diaper off so all id have to do is take her in there in like five minutes.. well i sit down she comes up beside me, she's wasnt on the furniture, and squatted down to watch herself pee. T.T
Shes smart.. she normally follows directions and she knows what the potty is for, she goes with me every time i go and i explain everything were she would understand.
Is it possible for her 2 yr old brain to be plotting revenge at me for something?
