Kagome's Tru Luv by Kai-Zuki

    Naraku watched in amusement as 8 of his demon puppets attacked the group. His eyes were first on Inuyasha, then Sango and Miroku and finally landed on Kagome. The priestess from the future was similar to Kikyo yet so different. Kagome was definitely stronger than Kikyo and was more developed in her spiritual powers. There’s just one thing that troubles him about the miko. He wanted her. No matter how many times he tried to deny it, he knew it was true. He wanted Kagome more than he wanted Kikyo. He was determined to make her his. He watched happily as 2 of his puppets began slowly pushing Kagome away from the group. But Inuyasha kept moving closer to her. 'Damn that half-breed. I have to come up with a distraction for him.' Naraku smiled as the plan quickly came into his mind.

 'Damn that Naraku,' Inuyasha thought,' It's really hard to fight these damn puppets if they keep re-generating.' He swung the Tetsuiaga at one of the tentacles cutting it in half but of course it re-generated. He heard a little scream behind him and saw a tentacle lift Kagome into the air. It had wrapped its tentacle around her arms so she could neither use her spiritual powers or elemental powers. Before Inuyasha could slice it......

 WHOOSH! A sacred arrow came out of the bush and purified the tentacle around Kagome. Inuyasha caught her as she fell to the ground. Everyone turned to where the arrow came from. A young woman came out of the bush. She had long, straight hair and a red and white kimono. She held her bow in one hand and another arrow in the other.

 "Kikyo," everyone whispered. Inuyasha put down Kagome, not taking his eyes off the other miko. Kikyo turned her head to meet his gaze. Then, Inuyasha noticed a little movement behind her. 'One of the puppet's tentacles,' he thought, moving instantly towards her. The tentacle came up behind Kikyo and was about to drive down onto her when he cut it in half at the right time. Kikyo nodded her thanks to him, and then turned to look at her surroundings. Kagome was fighting off the 2 puppets using her spiritual powers, bow and arrow and her elemental powers. Sango, Miroku and Kirara were fighting off 4 puppets and Inuyasha was fighting off 2 of them behind her. The Kikyo puppet smirked,' Plan's going as it's supposed to.'

Naraku smiled again as he saw the chaos going on below him. His Kikyo puppet was doing a great job of distracting Inuyasha so he could get his prize, Kagome. Many lecherous thoughts went through his mind, but he pushed them aside. 'Get back to those later. Got to focus on getting the prize first.' He softly jumped down behind Kagome, breathing in her intoxicating smell of cherry blossoms and rain. He watched her fight off his puppets and smirked when she said," Fuck you Naraku. You and your damn demon puppets." He went closer to her and again drew in her intoxicating scent then proceeded to grab her.

  Shippo looked up from watching Kirara fight to look at his 'mother'. He soon noticed Naraku creeping up behind Kagome.

"Mommy! Look beh-" Too late, Naraku grabbed his prize and laughed evilly. She let out a little shriek and then both of them disappeared. Then one by one, Naraku's puppets began disinigrating, leaving only the Kikyo puppet. That's when the group heard evil laughter behind them. They turned around to see Kikyo smiling wickedly at them.

             "Inuyasha, you half-breed fool! You just let a powerful, yet defenseless against Naraku, miko slip through your grubby fingers all because of me! You stupid, stupid dog! Isn't it obvious I'm a puppet," she began to slowly disinigrating,"You really are a baka!" And with that, she disappeared. Sango looked ready to faint. Miroku sat down heavily, his head in his hands as he took in what the puppet just told him. Inuyasha dropped to his knees screaming out Kagome's name and Shippo began crying very loudly. There was a heavy silence; the only sound was Shippo's crying. Then Sango broke the silence.

"IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT INUYASHA!!" she screamed at him. He winced at the loud sound and his ears flattened down to his head. He looked sadly at the furious Sango.

            “I know and I'm really and truly sorry," he whispered. Sango looked at him, surprised he was talking quietly. She turned her back to him.

             "I'm not going to forgive you until I'm hugging her, knowing she's okay." Inuyasha looked at her sadly. He got up and sniffed the air, catching Naraku and Kagome’s scent.

            “That’s exactly what’s going to happen,” he said, setting off in the direction of their scent. The others jumped onto Kirara and followed, hoping Kagome was alright.

Kai: Well, tht's the end of tht chapter

Inu: Y did u make naraku take her? is he her new lover?

Kai: of course not

Inu: who is thn?

Kai: (whispers in inu's ear)

Inu: wat the hell!!! Are u crazy?!

Sango, Miroku and Shippo: who is it Inuyasha?

Inu: (whispers in their ears)

Sango: there's nothin wrong with him, he's way better thn naraku

Naraku: No one is better thn me!!

Shippo: really?

Kai: Guys, stop it! We'll see wat happens in the next chapter okay?
