Damn this story is sooo good! The end of this chapter made me shed a couple of tears in a way I'm glad he is miserable but I still feel for Kagome and what she has been through. Please update soon.

My heart reaches out to kagome. Even though this chapter is more sess and rin originated and we get a closer look at their motives it really doesnt change the fact that what they did was wrong. There is no forgivness but a deepr understanding to their characters in this story. Still, i really want kagome to leave . grow overcome maybe to make it her mission to find her savoir and thank him because maybe other person would of left her and he could've but didn't. His personality basically spoke for himself that the only reason he didn't leave her in the streets was because he knew where inuyasha was. 

i hope he hears his voice mail and hears his wife Kagome screaming for his help and it tortures him more the prick.

I still hate Sesshomaru and Rin for how they treated Kags but knowing their back stories makes them slightly less deplorable.Slightly. Just a smidge.

I really dont feel sorry for Sesshomaru and I really LOVE sess/kag pairings. But I feel and hope that she either joins the isles or moves on. Update soon..

That awkward moment when you realized the English voice actor for Bankotsu is also Ed from Ed, Eds, n Eddy.

We did pm a bit about the beginning of this story in the past, so I thought I should follow up. I hope you a lot more explanation, excuses, plot-twisting sob-story or whatever to justify Rin and Sesshoumaru's attitude. Rin, if you love someone, you trust them and give them the benefit of the doubt. Rin had sounded like a souless little bitch, but now she sounds like an angel, full of compassion and sweetness when talking to Shippo. Sesshomaru, he's impulsive and psychotic, someone who loves to be in control in everything, but now he suddenly blamed fate for his wrong doings. If Kagome was so heartbreakingly beautiful that mere memories of her can put a smile on his face and lit a fire in his heart, then he must be mental for mistreating, hurting and cheating on her. 

The introduction to Bankotsu and the Taijiya is quite elaborate, you definitely has something planned out, I can't wait to know more about them. And I hope you show us more about Kagome, an 18yo Kagome and the current Kagome.

I am sorry I do adore this fic but the reasons you give behind their behaviour are irrational in my opinion. Rin at that tender age and didn't know properly the meaning of gold digger believed it? And I don't believe kagome behaved bad with her so no it is not logical. Also to become such a witch because of that? Not believable at all. And sesshoumaru? Nope not believable at him either! I get it that you started with them acting likejerks and you have to give them reasons to be that way but it's not enough! Yes it's my opinion only don't take it the bad way. Also from psychological point of view their behaviour is irrational and forced. I am curious to see more and how will you spin this. Giod luck will wait for a update even if i hate reading this cause it's so dark and hurtful and ruins not my day, my entire week but it's addicting! Thx for updating!

Wait I'm kind of confused, has this story gone over why Sesshomaru did this to her?

I really enjoy your writing style and the angst, but I'm having a hard time following the motivations of almost every character. Rin hates her mother because of some of her classmates teasing when she was younger?  Makes no sense to me.  Being embarassed by her, maybe.  But enjoying watching her get smacked and standing outside a room where her father is cheating on Kagome and acting happy about it..  I'm glad Rin is not Kagome's biological daughter so that when she leaves (unless in the next chapter Sesshomaru has an epiphany and starts actively working towards gaining Kagome's forgiveness) she won't have as much b.s. to deal with.  

wow an update after so long. Such a good story you should update it more often. Almost forgot about it since it's been awhile just figured it was another story abandoned.
