Holey moley! This story was awesome, especially with the teeny tiny bit of angst in it(when he died & she found out he loved her). :')
No, it didn't ruin it. I absolutely loved it! For hating the song, you did a wonderful job with this. You had to add in Sesshomaru's personality with the song, and to be truthful, Sesshomaru probably wouldn't be unfaithful to his mate. He has too much honor for that. So the way you played it was magnificent. It was sad yet completely filling. I would say I could feel the tender emotions deep inside, but that would sound corny (haha, I kinda said it anyway...oops). I really am having trouble believing how amazing this is. You did such a wonderful job. For every time I sat down and tried to write for this song, nothing came. Now I realize that even if I had produced anything, it would never have been as good as this. This fic was truly inspried. I really loved it! Thanks so much!
LOL. I think that song is a complete hit or miss. xD Some people love it and some people hate it. HOWEVER, despite the fact that you hate the song, I think you did a fantastic job on writing for it!!! It seemed to suit the song perfectly and it was very well written. It flowed nicely and I LOOOOOVED the title! That was what drew me in, actually. The only thing I would say is that I got a little confused when the POV switched from Sesshoumaru to Kagura. I had to reread that part a few times, trying to see if I missed something, but there wasn't a clear marker of indication stating that the POV had changed.
Other than that, fantastic job! I loved it! It was a wonderful read! And congrats again on your 10th (now 11th!) story mark! =)
