I'm more than a little sad that my mini-reading marathon has been put on hold.  This story is so addictive and so, SO good.  I can't wait for the next update.

It's sad that Sango's situation has come to this, but it seems that the demons that haunt humans are even more malevolent than those that reside in fiction and tales.  What a tangled web we weave indeed, but  I have faith in your version of her character though!  Thanks for an awesome story and I'll be waiting on pins and needles for the next chapter.  Hope real life hasn't gotten you bogged down.  Happy writings~

What a milestone these two crossed in this chapter!  The kids just add mischief and fun into the mix :3  I don't think I could come up with a cuter image in my head than a puppy pile on top of an unsuspecting Sesshomaru. 

And not that I like seeing Kagome suffer, but it's nice to see her deal with her trauma - you did a bang up job of dealing with it.  It's also really nice to see people on her team rooting for her - those four are a delight to read.  Wonderful chapter and as usual I can't wait to read more.

Thought that Kouga as a choice for one of the houses was a brilliant idea, but that Toran chick has me a little suspicious.  It has me wondering what you have up your sleeve, but it should be a good read anyhow. 

I'm glad that Kagome is getting more training - I always love a strong femaie lead who can hand her own.  It's also wonderful to see her so happy and back to her high spirits.  

You've crafted an exceptional story and I can't wait to read how you handle all the plot lines; from Sango and Kagome's reconciliation to finding some of the orphan's families.  Some part of me has me wondering if Kagome has fully made peace with the fact that she will probably never see her family again.  That's a lot of weight on her and I don't believe she's allowed herself to grieve enough.  Same goes for Inuyasha's death.  Anyways, I'm off to read the remaining chapters.  

That was such a wonderul chapter!  I love this new plot twist and can't wait to read the hullabaloo that will be raised in court.  The twins are indeed rambunctious and I'm sure they're as much fun to write as read.  I imagaine that their introduction to Shippo will also be a hoot to read.  I'm excited to read how these new bonds/friends will form.

I wanted to say that Kouga has been a really solid character, which is a pleasant surprise; especially on their journey to Naraku's fortress.  I would love to read more about Miroku and Kohaku, we only got to see a glimpse of what they could do.  Goes without saying that Sango is being a really big debbie downer, but I'm sure you have something up your sleeve to remedy that.  

I'm very impressed that you have all of the story written and I just hope RL doens't get in the way of the editting process!  Thanks so much for such an awesome story, I can't wait to read on.  

Wooooohoooooo!!!  That was awesome!  Makes me want to sing ding dong the witch is dead, haha.  Banter between Kagome and Sesshomaru is starting to sizzle!  I can't wait to read happier scenes.  Awesome chapter!

Just popping in to give another review!  I love the way everything has been progressing - and the scenes in Naraku's fortress were hauntingly good.  Can't wait to see how Naraku's demise is gonna go down.  Parading his head on a pike sounds pretty good to me, though I agree with Sesshy's sentiments about not leaving that much intact.

Sango does seem to be coming off as super bitchy, but I understand that.  Hooray for Kagome for busting out the hand to hand combat, I really do hate when author's portray her as a weakling with no gumption.  

Soooo happy to hear that the story has been fully written and excited that there will be love on the horizon. Thank you for the wonderful writing!

The scenes with the children are just too precious!  I love that you've included more rag tag additions to the pack, they certainly do bring out the joy in the otherwise grim landscape of war.  

The descriptions and the philosophies behind 'the core' are also really interesting.  I like how Sesshomaru's and Kagomes respective core's present such a dichotomy to their outward personalities.  You've painted a rather awesome tableau here and i'm excited to read on.  What a way to keep it interesting and engaging!

And if I didn't desperately need to sleep I would have pulled another all nighter reading this through in one sitting... Really. Too captivating! Enthralling!!! And add few another complimenting and sweet adjectives here... am speechless. Stunned.... And seriously debating to read it all over again....

As I've probably said a thousand times and I'll probably say it a thousand more this is soooooo my favorite story!!! The language is so vivid that I can picture Sesshoumaru and Kagome riding the horses at top speed wind whipping their hair in all directions. I can feel Sango's hatred, fear and anger and I have to tell you she scares me a bit.  I have a very bad feeling about her, I just know something terrible is going to happen!! I also adored how Sesshoumaru is really starting to see Kagome as a friend their relationship is a thing of beauty!! I can't wait for chapter 21!

Oh, man, in the beginning I was wanting to strangle Sango so badly!!! But then I got calmer... It seems she is finally starting to break. Good for Kagome, I guess.

I was never a big fan of Sango on the anime/manga anyway. Miroku is a much more interesting character. He deserved a better woman, IMO. But I digress... lets go back to the fic!

I loved the horse race! Nice to see Sess smiling, even if it's on a immaterial plane! Such a great scene! Well done!

Just wanted to say you make me want to write better and more often every time I read something from you. It's been a long time since I told that to another author and I hope you take it as the compliment it was supposed to be. 

well...you never mentioned what happdene    to sango after naraku got her... it was a blank and she was unconcious...! ijust hope im not blowing at something but cmon theres just too much darkness clouding her judgment. this is just like something naraku would plan and i like it!  your story is really entertaining and im enjoying it too much! already made a favorite and ill be waiting for thenext update! 

Sango: Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!  She is really beginning to annoy me in ways I never imagined possible, but I hold onto that little dust speck of hope that she will change her attitude and see the reality of her actions and how much they have hurt others; specially Kagome.

As usual, you bring into light facets of Sesshomaru that are so easy to overlook and make all of us consider that sometimes being the one on top is not necessarily the place to have the most fun or to enjoy the most. When we hear of someone in a position of so much power, it is very easy to picture all the benefits and things you would be able to enjoy if you were there, but like the movie said: "-With great power, comes great responsibility-" and that is never as true as it is with Sesshomaru and his responsibilities not only to those under his care, but to those who are part of his pack.

I feel terrible for Miroku, but I'm disliking Sango more and more with each chapter! Both she and Kahome went through Hell and that's putting it mildly!  Yet, Sago turns on her as if she were an enemy worse than Naraku!  It breaks my heart a bit to see two sister like figures fall a part this way!  However, I really love watching the relationship between Kagome and Sesshoumaru continue to grow and grow!  I think the bonds between them will be stronger than the mightiest oakby the time this tale is finished!  Congratulations on your Fic being nominated it deserves all the praise given!!!!
