The end left a but incomplete. I see what the reviews meant.

Him desperately wanting her is a huge turn on for me! And I completely understand why Kagome wasn't in love with him yet! She didn't want to be hurt again especially since Sesshomaru himself had yet to open up to her! He was cold and hiding his feelings thia whole time! Urghhh such great writing!

I will echo many others that reqested more. Yet I think how you left this contrast of the two chapters works just as well. Stark contrast between both leave a feel of promise that is not so predictable as so many fics.

Goddamn stupid Kagome. Why be so hung up with that idiot Inuyasha when she has Sesshomaru? SESSHOMARU, ffs! Anyhoo, this was very hot, steamy and well-written. You captured the angst perfectly. Well done.

I've read and enjoyed many of your stories, but this is my first review. I enjoy your writing style and find your ideas compelling and enjoyanle. I really like the whole idea behind Makeshift Life. I was suprised to see you had added to it, and pleased. It stands well as it is, but I would still love to see how Kagome moves from resignation to acceptance and maybe one day contentment. 

It would be wonderful if you did a few more chapters. Showing her accepting him slowly and giving up Inuyasha. This was lovely. Thanks.

It's nice to see Kagome slowly moving from basic acceptance towards contentment and love - and Sesshomaru having the patience to open up to her and help her get there. 

If you do ever add, it would be wonderful to have a chapter showing Kagome's full acceptance and love for Sesshomaru. This second chapter also got me wondering how she ended up with Sesshomaru in the first place.

I liked how you used eye contact and kissing to show the tender side of the physical act of making love. It really fit.
