Keep them coming, Whisper! This one was such a sad chapter but I understand its necessity. Sango has died now too. :'( But what is going to happen now that Kagome's 2 halves become one again? I can't wait for the next one!

First off, I'm astounded that you haven't received more reviews since you posted this today.  This was a huge occasion, besides you getting your computer!

This has so far been one of the most incredible pieces of Sess/Kag I have had the fortune to read and I thank you for taking the time to put it together chapter by chapter.  It's obvious that you take pride in your writing, never just posting something for the sake of posting (which is unfortunately a rampant case in fan fiction as a whole).

You have taken existing characters and thrown them in a whole new set of circumstances and thrown everything at them while walking us through their trials and how they deal with them. I'm curious to see how Kagome's recent decision affects her relationship with Sesshomaru and just 'life' in general.  This is going to be a tough one.

So good to have you back and look forward to the continuing saga!

So, I found your fic via a fabulous fan art. I gotta say I have never read anything like this before and I love it.

I rarely cry even when I'm sad from real life problems, the only entertainment things to make me cry was a story i read a long time ago and Marley and Me. Now I get to add your's to the list.

This story is beautiful!!! I'm amazed by your writing and the adventure that you've taken these characters to. It's unlike anything I've ever read before. Such a breath of fresh air after all the crappy fanfics that I've had to sort before finally landing on this gem. I've been marathon reading up until chapter 29 and I thought a review full of praise was in order. The content of this story is so rich and I've been moved to tears more times than I can't count (seriously it's turned me into a puddle of tears) and the way you've fashioned and molded these characters to suit the story line is breathtaking. Top notch writing and I can hardly form the words to give you the accoldes that you and this story deserves - I would roll out the parade if I could! Congradulations on a well deserved win in the 2nd quarter Dokuga awards! I can't wait to read the next chapters!

EEeeee.....I don't like that the Kami wants to but he back where she was....things are just starting to look up...and they should know by now that Kagome wouldn't give up her duity so easily like most humans would...she just isn't the type....I really hope they don't do anything that will ruin her happiness....thankyou for updating bwy.

i hate the kami of sky! how dare he thinks that kagome is nothing more than a puppet to him! she does deserves to have a life with the one she loves. great chapter! I can't wait until the next chapter!

The Kami of the Sky is having delusions of grandeur I see. So not only is Kagome a pawn in the game of making things balanced and right, he wants to use her to become greater than he is. This is going to getc razy.

Looks like Sesshoumaru may have to fight a kami after all for Kagome. The kami is faulting humans but I like how you showed him with emotion and a sense that even every Kami doesn't always get it right. I feel bad for Sesshoumaru but do like that he is trying to look at the glass half full. Hopefully their luck isn't about to run out. I can't wait to see what happens next :)

First off, I have loved this story from day one and I really appreciated the long and complex road you have taken to get here.  I will admit that I do hope one day Kagome will be able to tell all her loved ones the truth, but I think you've been really creative and original with your plot developments.  You've used the supernatural to portray some very real and poignant human emotions.  Kagome's duty of sending off some of her loved ones gracefully showed how different people handle the grieving process and to me it really showed how death is a natural part of life.  The relationship between Kagome and Sesshouamru has been just been a wonderful journey as well.  You've really shown how deep understanding and love can truly transcend anything.  Their relationship has gone through so many evolutions, but has always had the common thread of their deep connection with one another.  It's funny to me, that this story about death, to me, reflects life so well.  Life really is full of so much change and uncertainty.  Events happen to change our circumstances and in an instant all that we know can get thrown into upheaval.  It causes us to change as people, but the strong of heart embrace these changes, ride them out and grow into something richer and more enlightened than ever before.  You've given these characters impossible situations, but they've overcome them.  So congratulations to you for using such interesting means to write a very human story.

I'm very excited about the chapters to come.  I secretly am rooting for a boy, hehe.  Thank you and keep up the good work ^_^

Everything is BETTER than alright - it's... there's no words to describe my feelings of euphoria right now! I'm glad you've made time in the spiritual plane move differently from 'normal' time. It introduces Sesshoumaru's loss of control quite nicely. Another fantastic chapter!

I love it when things work out. She has her cake and gets to eat it too. I guess Sesshoumaru as well. Things should really get interesting now, and who thought that was even possible, with the new marriage and the baby on the way. I think that Kagome and Sesshoumaru will be great parents and I can't wait to see all the possessiveness, miko training (which isn't really needed), pregnancy hormones, and shift in all the subjects :)
