Awesome forthright! I do believe this should be an annual tradition with this story. I absolutely love this!!
That was Amazing Forthy! I really love this. ^^
Oh Yay! I'm so pleased to see a continuation of this one-shot! *does happy dance*
It's so good to see InuYasha put Sesshomaru through the paces, as well as Kagome. Make him work for it!
Thank you for such a lovely New Years gift and may you and your family have a safe and happy 2011.
A truly delightful story. Even upon rereads I cannot help but smile.
Thank you for sharing it.
i'm sitting here unable to sleep reading christmas fic. i forgot how much i loved this one.
I enjoyed this very much. It was interesting, humourous and romantic. I liked the way it unfolded from Sesshoumaru being so stiff necked and unhappy to his awakening to that wonderful sense of family and belonging that enveloped him at Kagome's home. The way you described that easy, relaxed brother and sister type relationship between Inuyasha and Kagome was very descriptive. I loved the way you built excitement between Sesshoumaru and Kagome as they played their 'children's games' and the lovely domestic peace of Kagome's home was very nice as you showed Sesshoumaru's desire to be a part of it grow. Finallly that romantic kiss outside under the mistletoe was just the perfect finish. Thankyou I really liked this.
out of the blue i just remebered this one shot an just had to read it agian!!!! its so wonderfull im just dyeing for more! i really wanna know inus reaction! but maybe its best left here cuz it is sooooo gooood!!!!!
Dear forthright,
Like what Rika-chan said in her review of this story, I have no idea why I haven't come across this fantastic piece of work. I have always, always wanted to read your works, but due to my crazy workload from school, I haven't been able to sit down and enjoy any of your works. Now that I've graduated from my honors year, I picked a oneshot from your collection of stories, and sure enough, I am left speechless with how good it is.
I've always held you in high regard as a writer here on Dokuga, and this story simply justifies everything I've heard from fellow Dokugians in forums about your amazing writing skills.
'Counting the Hours' is the perfect romantic oneshot to read when one needs to feel butterflies flutter in one's heart. Simple with a very creative and well thought-out setting, you created a romantic story which was so strong in terms of imagery. What was even more amazing was how you did it without an overload of words; everything was written in a sharp, concise manner, portraying only the essence of the story and nothing else. It is how an ideal oneshot should be; straightforward and short, yet powerful and memorable. I loved practically every scene in the story, and even Inuyasha was so adorable with his phone conversations. The way Sesshoumaru played shogi with Souta and grandpa was sweet. I love your story, and I am definitely adding it to my favorites so I can read it over and over again. LOL. I think I sound like some crazed fangirl, but I definitely enjoyed it.
Your fan,
MissTeak
P.S. I couldn't resist and read all seven chapters of "All or Nothing" in one sitting after I finished reading this, and that was when I was sitting in front of the TV watching the World Cup soccer match between South Korea and Uruguay. So I didn't witness a single goal, but it was all worth it!! :) I will review that amazing story of yours later!
aawwwwwwwww how cute keep up the great work ^_^
uwah~ why have i not read this before??
excellent writing as per usual! I really loved this story. The sequences seemed very natural and believable, and nothing seemed rushed.
Bravo, Miss Forthy~

I've read all of your stories, and I admit that I don't leave reviews often. However, you never let me down. You always write ingaging, worthwhile stories. I'm always floored by them. They are excellent and fun. You have done it again. I just can't say enough good things about them. I smile everytime I see a story from you. This one was just another, from a long list, of good examples for a great read. Keep it up!! Oh, and as a Christmas (I'll take early birthday if you don't do Christmas) present for me....pleeese, how about another chapter in Imperceptible soon. I've read that one three times already. LOL Have a great new year!!
Absolutely wonderful! ^-^
