See, just like I said, you are the last person I look for before I shut down. This is a treat to get 2 posts before I sleep. That Masaru has a really fantastic set of parents. I know most kids don't see that but they really are. Guess InuYasha not knowing his father and only having Seshoumaru who hated his existence and fought with him viciously taught him what kind of father he would want to be because Masaru has turned out to be a wonderful young man/male. And no Mother can fault Aria. Masaru can't be replaced. When he was created, the mold was broken. I'd love to say more but my meds are kicking in and I can't fight the need to sleep. It's a bummer being on drugs for survival. Good night, my friend.  JEN

I just had a review written and the submit relay just failed. Guess I wasn't meant to send that one. I'll make this one short as I'm sure by now that you and every else tire of my long windedness, so, I'll just say that I still totally love the way you make me feel so entranced with each of your stories that you are the first person I look for when I come on and the last before I shut down. I can't seem to stop rambling on in reviews and I've been told that maybe I should just keep it short and sweet like everyone else. I know I tend to get overly involved and opinionated so just know this one thing, I appreciate every thing you write and all the places you take me.  JEN

Is it just me, or does anyone else feel that something just isn't quite right? How did Kenta know Kagome was at the mall? Was it merely coincidence? It appears each side is trying to let the other take the first step so that self defense can be used but I am most certain that Hunter can make anything 'look' like whatever he wants, just like Sesshoumaru did when he killed Yoshirou. I was really, really surprised that Kenta had the nerve to take the chance confronting Kagome himself. One would think he'd be more concerned about whether or not she had her protectors around seeiing as he took enough time to harass her and leave his scent on her...it isn't going to go well if Sessh finds out...I totally agree with that. This chapter was very entertaining. Just the scene when Kagome tells Yasha and Hunter...their reactions, especially Hunter's, amazing.  JEN

They're all making a huge, huge mistake by not telling Sesshoumaru.  He will end up being even more angry and hurt, feeling betrayed.  It may even cause a rift between him and Kagome for awhile.  I bet it will also cause him to not trust the others anymore either.  Also, she's being a bit of a hypercrit by keeping this from him when recently she accused him of keeping things from her.   Somehow, he's going to find out.

Great Chapter, I just wish Sesshoumaru could have smelled that guy's scent!

I somehow have the creepy feeling that this little evasion will come back to bite everybody in their collective asses.  Good Chapter!

Still liking Masaru.  Be careful not to let him take Kya back too easily, she got together with him with the intent to betray, she's NOT a nice girl.  She has a LOT to make up for...  Still loving Hunter.  I had forgotten all about that show.  Wonder why it isn't shown on cable in re-runs?

Woe, pay back is a bitch or prick (if you will). Kya deserved everything and I think it was fair enough for what Masaru has done to her . Kya never thought how bad she was gonna hurt Masaru when she first started her little rouse, Kya didn't care then.  I think you did an excellent job in portraying ALL these two 's feelings. Great Chapter!

Oooh, yes that was good!  I can't believe you dragged me into actually caring about the thing with Masaru and Kya, but I'm really into it.  Even if she was being forced toward the end, she started out to deceive Masaru, so don't make up a story to make it too easy on her, okay?  Make her have to do something really risky and heroic, or even get taken to the brink of death to make up for it.

AWWW!!! I feel so sorry for both Kya and Masaru!!!!! It sucks that they got trapped into this!!!! *TEAR*

Yeah,if anyone knew how this would feel with Kya, it would be Kagome. She just has some natural instincts born inside that make her the right person to talk to when you need someone. She doesn't judge or name call, she's just there and whatever she says always seems to help, even if it's just alittle. His parents are well meaning but well, they're parents after all but InuYasha does have a point about sometimes you just want that person to hurt as much as you do and it CAN get out of hand. I'm glad InuYasha had the thought to tell him so...I'm not looking forward to the confrontation with Kya. Like Masaru, she's got her whole heart in this and it's first love, not a crush. She's feeling it's the forever kind of love,so not thinking that dirty litle secret will ever come to light...if there's a secret, it's always bound to be revealed. Never live a lie with the one you truly love or your world can come crashing down at the worst possible moment. And I'm speaking for reality too. If the love is real, there is nothing that can break it. The new bathroom and nursery sound wonderful. I know that the guys seemed perplexed over her reaction between the two but only we females can really relate to that. That nursery is such a very personal thing and to see it in it's reality built by the man you love for your first child... well, there go the waterworks, again! Dang hormones! But, I would have cried in any condition if my man gave this to me. Oh, and thanks Brother in law for your help even though I'm showing ALL the gratitude to my mate!  JEN

Oh my gosh, so much going on...First, I really like the conversations between Hunter and InuYasha. It always has me in stitches. Though in reality I hate the 'F' word, when ever you create InuYasha's personality, it justs works. I can see the series character and imagine him like that in real life. He's just so secure about himself that he doesn't care what others think of him. What you see(or hear,as the case may be) is what you get. You nailed his characteristics perfect. And Hunter, well for an OC, you just HAVE to like him. He is the perfect cross between both Sesshoumaru AND InuYasha, yet he has a quality all his own. He sure gives InuYasha a run for his money... Now why is it that almost 97% of the female population has to go through hormonal crying when pregnant??? I mean, not in only stories, but in real life too? I never had the 'You think I'm fat' or the 'hissy fits for no reason' stuff but man, the waterworks...I actually loved being pregnant. Thought my body looked beautiful with the little 'basketball' inside my belly and being so awed at the movements of my baby, playing tickling games when she turn her butt up or put her fet under my ribs to get her move. Anyway, I just knew that you had to move Kya in this direction. I always want everything to go right and happy for the characters but then where's the drama, action, and intigue that every story needs? YOU are SO good at what you do. I just can't help feeling sooo very bad for both Masaru and Kya. You actually had tears running down my face over this. Sesshoumaru may have been taking this cool to everyone else but he's still the same youkai of the past and I know he isn't just letting all this go to the wayside. He just isn't so obvious with his thoughts and emotions. Kenta beware!!!  JEN

Aw, this is all just so sad.  I feel sorry for Masaru.  I hope Kenta doesn't hurt Kya, but he's the type that would.  I have to wonder if Hunter will end up having to save her.  I love how protective Sesshoumaru is being.  So sweet.  I'd want to smack Kya around a few times too, so I don't blame Kagome.  On to other things.  Kagome's mood swings are funny.  Of course, I know all about them and they do have their upsides.  ^_^  Just wait til she gets to the miserable, grouchy stage.  LOL  Thanks for posting.

Hello my dear!

This chapter I feel show's more of the Sesshoumaru, Kagome relationship dynamic. It's easy to tell that he loves and cares for her a lot, and vice versa. Sesshoumar's affection for Kagome seems like it's ingrained in his instincts and it's wonderful that Kagome's character realizes this and appreciate it's.

I'm starting to already feel sorry, for Masaru when he find's out about kya. I want Masaru's character to feel happiness like his family's.

Hunter is a little arrogant for my tastes, but he does fit well in the story. I think it's hilarious that he's scared of Sesshoumaru...........but I guess in his position I would be too.

Can't wait to read what write next!
