Aww the second chapter was just as good as the first one. So sweet and romantic, but still tragically beautiful with the sad tale Kagome told him of her childhood. I love it. I especially liked the ending of this chapter though, for him to share death with her and grant her a kiss at the very end, it was touching and made me smile since I was trying not to cry :) Can't wait to read the next chapter

Wow Miss Teak, interesting very interesting. This plot seems to make for a very exciting story with intricate twists. I'm looking foward to viewing more. Looks like a really good movie I would watch.
| Oooh, what an interesting plot, MissTeak! I remember watching this one Chinese soap-opera series (though I cannot for the life of me remember what it is called) where it shows how beauty was basically a curse back in the day. The women were in love with men of "low-status", but their uncanny beauty did not go unnoticed by the rich and powerful men, forcing them to either run from forced love and be seperated from their true lovers, or live an utterly miserable life with the one they did not love. It's a very sad series, especially as it ends tragically for all the heroines.
But I digress. Anyways, I'm loving this so far, and can't wait for the next chapter! Keep up the great work!! ;>

Oh my, I love your new story. You seem to make my hopeless romantic heart come to life with these stories of yours, I swear! :) But! None the less, I can't wait to read the next chapter and see what happens! I agree that it seems it would have been a very long one-shot, so I think it's great you're splitting it into chapters.
