I am in my heart a lazy person and as a result do not often enough leave reviews instead of simply kudos, since whenever I actually leave a review it turns into an essay, even though I love any time anyone bothers to take the time to drop a line. But still, every so often I have to pull myself together and leave one anyway, and this is one of these times.
You really do write everyone so very beautifully, it's always easy and natural and lovely little snapshots all set out in a line, and I always love the time that I get to spend wrapping myself up in the stories and words that you've crafted. I love the awkward notes as Sesshoumaru and Kagome try to fit themselves into each others lives and the sense of surprise that it seems to click, I laughed out loud at Rin getting so offended and loved the solution, both that Kagome suggested and that Sesshoumaru respected her enough and saw wisdom enough to allow it, no matter how little disposed he might normally be. So many of the scenes you write seem to carry this quiet, elegant, understated peace that wraps up life when everything is being swept along as normal but it doesn't matter because it's also how it should be.
Keep on writing and I'll keep on reading honey, you're giving a gift with your words.
