Ouch! This one hurt to read! But it was still beautifully written. Well done! I do wish Kagome had given the baby a better name, but I guess I understand why she called him that way.

It was really interesting to see how different they reacted to the loss. Everyone grieves in their own way and I got a little mad with Sesshoumaru when he had the audacity to say she "replaced" their son. As if she had forgotten all about him; but that’s just how he felt. I guess he needed to lash out to at least do something.
Kagome feeling worthless and blaming herself like that made me cry. The idea with the "small brother" was really really nice and I believe it helped Kagome to give that tiny being a title and also forget about Sesshoumaru’s accusation.
I'm just glad they decided to go through this as a couple. They will need each other, and I like to believe that Kagome did not only feel her own tears at the end but Sesshoumaru’s as well.
