In answer to the other reviewer, there are two 'Learning to Love' stories on ASS, but neither are this one. I like the plot you are setting up in this first chapter. I'm eager to see how you develop it. For the council to approve of Kagome, she will have to be a strong miko. I hated that she was left weak in the anime. I don't want her to be a superwoman but strong enough to defend herself so that she doesn't always have to have someone to protect her. It wasn't mentioned in this first chapter, but I hope Sesshoumaru has both arms. That's another thing I hated about the anime.
