The Bet

Yay! my first fanfic! Please Read and Review!

Kagome Higurashi and her friend Hojo Ningen walked into the administration office of their college campus to get their dorm numbers. Both had managed to get in Japan's most prestigious college. It was of those that you only get in if you're rich, or if you get in exclusively on talent.

"Hello, I suppose you two are here for your dorm numbers?" she greeted them.

"Yes, I am Kagome Higurashi and this is Hojo Ningen." Kagome replied to the lady's question.

She entered their names into the computer and printed out two slips of paper with their dorms and classes on them.

"Here you go! Welcome to Taisho University, enjoy your experience here!" She handed them the papers.

They walked out towards Hojo's car to get their things. "I'm on floor 20, dorm A-9 how about you Kagome?"

"I have the same one! What luck!"

Kagome opened up the door and took out her suitcases and bags. After she shifted out the balance of them on each side, her and Hojo walked over to the elevator and pressed the button with "20" written on it. Half way up it picked up three guys. Two of them looked like it was their first year and the other looked like he was in his senior year. All three were staring at Kagome in interest.

The one with long silver hair asked her "What's you name?"

"Kagome Higurashi, it's my first year here, this is my friend Hojo Ningen. What are your names?"

"This is Kouga Wolf, he's a senior this year," he indicated the guy slightly taller then him, "this is Miroku Hent, he's a freshmen," he indicated to the guy slightly shorter then him, "and I am Inuyasha Taisho, a freshmen too."

It wasn't hard to figure out why he was at this school. Finally, the elevator stopped at floor 20, the top floor. Kagome and Hojo found their dorm easily. Inuyasha, Kouga, and Miroku were next to them in A-8. Kagome opened the door and walked in. It was very roomy. Kagome looked around and saw that their other dorm mate was already here, but not at the moment.

Kagome claimed the room closest to the back, and Hojo took the one across the hall. They head heard that each door was as big as an average 1-story house. No wonder it was such a restricted college.

"Inuyasha was kind of hot, don't you think Kagome?" Hojo asked.

"Yeah, I guess he's okay." She replied while changing her clothes.

(AN: If you didn't catch that, Hojo is gay.)

Kagome walked into the main room. "I'm going to look around campus, I'll be back later."

"Okay."

Kagome found her way into the hallways of the school. It all seemed endless, just like her first day of grade school, Jr. High, and High school. Everything looked brand new. Her mind had wondered off to Inuyasha. He was so strange looking. His hair being silver was beyond Kagome. It didn't look dyed either. She could hear voices around the corner. She stopped and listened in on it. Until she could only hear whispers she couldn't make out.

Inuyasha was talking to his brother about his encounter earlier.

"She is absolutely beautiful! Her name is Kagome Higurashi. She has a perfect hourglass shaped body, Wavy black hair, and dark brown eyes. You should really take a look at her Sesshoumaru! She's even in the dorm between yours and mine!"

"Like I care Inuyasha." He said in a cold distant tone.

Inuyasha was getting frustrated. Sesshoumaru was known to seduce beautiful girls and make fools out of them just for fun. Every time Inuyasha told him about any hot girls, he would just tell him to shut up. Sesshoumaru was usually cold and distant until he spotted his next victim. Usually his and his brother's taste in girls was different.

Inuyasha leaned up to say something into his brother's ear. "I'll make a bet with you, if you can get her to sleep with you by Christmas break, I'll let you screw Kikyo, but if you loose, I get your car. Deal?"

Just then a girl walked around the corner. "Oh, hi Kagome, I was just telling my brother Sesshoumaru about you."

Sesshoumaru stared at Kagome in awe. For once, his brother was right, she was beautiful. Better then he explained her. His brother usually called hot girls the ones who were sluts. She didn't look like that at all. She had more of a laidback look. She was wearing some guy's gray wrestling sweatpants, a light blue shirt, and her hair was loose, hanging around her shoulders.

Kagome saw whom Inuyasha was talking to. He was absolutely gorgeous. He had silver hair like his brothers, but longer, golden eyes, around 6 feet 3 inches tall(around 9 inches taller then she was), he was wearing dark denim jeans, and a tight white shirt that complimented his well toned abs.

"Um, hi, I'm a freshmen here, what about you?" she managed out.

"I'm a senior." He said in a hushed tone.

"Well, I'll see you later." She stammered as she continued down the hallway.

"Told you, didn't I? Well, is it a deal?" Inuyasha interrupted his thoughts.

"Little brother, you've got your self a deal!" Sesshoumaru reached out and shook his hand.

Kagome rushed back to her dorm feeling flushed. Hojo was sitting on the couch talking to some girl.

"Hey, Kagome, this is Sango Hunter, she's our other room mate." He stated.

"Nice to meet you, if you'll please excuse me, I'm going to lie down for a while." Kagome said, heading toward her room.

Thoughts of Sesshoumaru clouded her mind for the rest of the day.

Sesshoumaru was now back in his room planning how to seduce this gorgeous girl. For one, he absolutely could not loose his car, and two, he had wanted Kikyo for the longest time but she dated his brother. He knew that Kikyo would go along with the bet. Every girl desired him. It was easy for him to get any girl he wanted, also considering that his father was the headmaster, so he could easily blackmail them.
