Feelings

This is for those people that thought that I should have written more for that short story called 'If only'.

I do not own Inuyasha, the show, or it's characters.

At last

A week after that day she eventually got back together with Inuyasha. Sesshoumaru was of course not happy about this. He told her that she should not trust him again but she seemed not to listen to reason. She was too blind to see the truth.

What actually happened that day was that Inuyasha and Kagome were out on a date. And then right when they were kissing he called her Kikyo, his ex girlfriend.

Sesshoumaru was still didn't know what to do. He needed to tell her or else he was going to go crazy from all the unsaid things. All he really needed was the courage to say it to her.

He didn't have the guts to tell her personally so he was going to send her a note. It was at least he could do.

She was fixated on fixing the relationship. But after two weeks of getting back together Kikyo came back into the picture and Inuyasha didn't even think a second to go back to her after she left him.

Of course she was upset about the whole thing but deep inside her mind she already knew this was eventually going to happen.

Later that day she was going into her room after coming from work and she saw something in her bed, it was a white carnation.

After seeing that she remembered when she was with her father for the last time. She was looking to the ground and he was going on a business trip. She was very upset with him because he was leaving. Then he handed her a white carnation and with a kiss on the cheek and he left. How would have thought that at that moment was the last time she would see him.

She got the note from the bed and started to read it. It read:

I do not know how you ever felt about me I have loved you ever since the first time I ever laid eyes on you. You probably only see me as a friend but I do not mind for that I was with you. If you do not want to see me anymore, that is ok, just as long as I have told you this. I have always loved you and forever will, no matter what happens.

She was completely speechless. Her best friend and confident was in love with her?

He had been waiting a long time for his response to the note and she didn't even speak one word to him. He had been very patient and there was only one way for him to try to forget everything; he was going to move somewhere as far away as possible. Yes, he had a job there but with his expertise he could get one anywhere. He thought that maybe by going away he would forget everything, he deep down he knew that was not true but there was still that little hope that pain and everything would go away.

He was running a bit late and going already for the flight. He was reaching the airport.

She had been dazing off all those days going though the facts in her head. Going thorough her emotions to actually see what she felt about him. Did she like him more than a friend? The gift was priceless and she came to the conclusion that she did like him that way. How better to love than someone who knows you better than yourself. She went over to his house and knocked on the door. But there was no answer. His next door neighbor was passing by and told her that he left a few hours ago to the airport. She needed to get to him fast before he left.

The passengers were already boarding the plane. He was in the back of the line.

She reached the airport and left the car with the keys in the entrance of it. She ran inside but how would she find him with all those other people. She didn't even know where he was going. She ran though all the people screaming his name. Some people would stare at her but she didn't care.

Just as he gave the ticket to the attendant he heard someone call his name. He ran toward the voice which he knew how it was. He saw here there looking around and she saw him. Her face brightened up and she ran toward him. He caught her in his arms.

He asked her what was she doing here. She told him that she loved him too.

He could not believe his hears when he heard those things coming from her mouth and then she kissed him. When she did this it was somehow not awkward but some how felt that it was right. After they parted they only could stare at each other.

She asked why hadn't he confessed sooner. And he told her that it was because the was afraid of rejection. But nothing mattered as long as they were together.

The attendant asked him is he was planning to board the flight and he said no. He was planning to stay with the woman that she loved.

I always have wanted to do this ending. I know that it is clique but I think that it is cool.
