Chapter One: Fuon no Kehai

Darkness surrounded Kagome as she started walking around in the darkness while her only light is the Shikon no Tama that was around her neck. Her blue-gray eyes couldn't make up anything until she felt something like claws stroking her cheeks in a seductive manner. A soft moan escaped her lips when her head started to lean back into the on who was stroking her neck until a bright white arrow hit the claw of the one who was stroking her.

Kagome was broken out of her spell when she heard footsteps coming near her. Her eyes adjusted when they saw two figures walking towards her. She couldn't see their faces, but she saw two shikons very similar to her own. But one figure held theirs in their hand while the other one was around her wrist. Kagome was beginning to feel something pulling her away from them as she begun to yell, but her voice was gone.

When the two figures started to walk away, flames consumed them both as screams of pain and anguish was heard same with Kagome's own scream.

Kagome bolt up from her futon, surprising Inuyasha, Sesshomaru and Kouga who quickly ran in her room when they sense her discomfort and pain to tried to wake her up. Kagome's blue-gray eyes started to fill with tears as the Shikon no Tama rested on her neck. Inuyasha went over to comfort her and started stroking her hair calmly. When Kouga and Sesshomaru were about to leave, Kagome asked barely above a whisper, "I don't like that dream... where there ever more than one Shikon no Tama?"

Sesshomaru decided to answer the question since Inuyasha and Kouga didn't know. "It's only a legend about three Shikons, Shikon no Tama that was created by Midoriko, Shikon no Hikari and the Shikon no Kyohaku." His golden eyes looked at Kagome and stated in calm tone, "Now go back to sleep we will discuss more about this in the morning." Sesshomaru and Kouga left the room while Inuyasha stayed until Kagome fell asleep and left the room.
