Girls Morning
Ch. 1 Stolen
ring...............ring...............ring..................ring..............ring!
the young girl mumbled and buried her head under her covers against her pillow. 'who in the world would be calling so early in the morning?'
ring.................ring.............ring....................ring...........ring...............ring!
kagome grumbled and picked up the phone. "what?!" the person on the other line winced.
"gods kagome, did i wake you up?" it was sango.
kagome layed back down. "yeah sango, you did. what time is it?"
"uh, around 6:00 or so. it's a beautiful morning." kagome groaned. "only 6:00? hey, i'll call you later, i'm going back to bed."
"kagome! wake up. you promised you would come over early with me so we can go shopping. i dont have a clue about what i'm getting my parents for christmas! i'm a horrible daughter. i wonder why i'm their favorite?"
kagome laughed. "your their only daughter, so they have to love you. i forgot all about waking up early. i would of set my alarm clock. give me about 15 minutes and i'll be right over."
"ok, but if your late, you cant open your christmas present early anymore." after she said that, she heard a click. sango smiled. sometimes it was just too easy.

kagome ran around her room, gathering this and that so she could get to sango's. she only had one shoe on, but couldnt find the other. she was in a hurry. right after she hung up, she took a 5 minute shower, then dressed in a hurry. now she was looking for her car keys and purse.
'great! this is just what i need. where the heck are my keys?'
looking under her bed, she found her purse and a shoe. 'how in the world did these get here? nevermind, i'm in a hurry as it is.'
digging in her purse, she grabbed her keys. running out the door after locking it, she jumped into her emerald green car and sped off.
'chrismas shopping is so much fun!' what she didnt know though, was that a pair of eyes have been following her every move, and had wicked plans for her.

sango checked her watch. kagome was already 4 minutes late. 'where in the world is she?' she checked her watch once more. '5 minutes late. gods, kagome is really slow in the mornings.' just then, a shiny green car rode up her driveway and made an abrupt halt.

kagome drove up sango's driveway and made a screeching stop. she jumped out and ran to the front door. knocking, she patted down her hair and straightened her clothing. sango opened up and glowered. "your late." but opened the door anyways. "come on in." kagome was gasping for air. "do.................i..................get.....to.......................open my pre.................sent?" sango smiled. "of course."
sango led kagome to the kitchen. "are you thirsty? " kagome sat at the table. "no, i stopped at a convinient store right before i got here. thats why i'm late. where's my present!?" kagome looked around. sango grabbed a bottle of water and her keys. "well, lets go then." "what about my present?" sango smiled evily. "i havent bought it yet." kagome looked up. "you cheater. you said i could open it." sango again smiled evily. "i never said when."
kagome pouted. sango locked the front door, and they walked towards kagome's car. "oh yeah, i forgot. we need to pick up kikyou." kagome spit some of her drink out. "what? why? i thought she was still at boarding school." "well, she came back early. she asked me if she could go shopping with me, and i couldn't say no!"
kagome sulked as they buckled their seatbelts. *sigh* "so, where does she live?" sango gave directions, and kagome drove off, leaving a clowd of snow behind them.

kikyou sat on her bed, looking out her second story window. 'maybee going shopping with sango is a bad idea.' she knew kagome was going, and they didn't get along much. kikyou sighed. 'stupid girl. why in the world is sango friends with her anyways? she's too cool for her.'
(8 minutes later)
a bright green car stopped at her gate. 'their here.' as the gate opened, kikyou closed her curtains and grabbed her purse. she walked out her bedroom door closing it, and walked down the hallway, down the stairs, and to the front door.
