I like the stylised look of the piece very much. It is like a beautiful art nouveax drawing. It is elegance down to the last stroke. I think Kagome's expression is so apt as she gazes at Sessmom who I think you have captured so well in all her high-born magnificence. I don't think that you need to make her look any more feminine at all, she is who she is - a 'femme formidable' indeed. I like this picture very very much.

I understand what you're saying. However, at the same time, I intentionally drew her mouth like that. I chose not to over-emphasize her lips because it did not work with the rest of her face. If I were doing a more realistic piece, then yes, I would make her lips look like actual lips instead of an impression of lips.

But yes, her mouth is a bit large - I do realize that, and it does bug me a bit. Mostly because I was trying to emphasize the 'smirk'. But thank you for the critique. I do appreciate it.
