"What is your name?" Sesshomaru asked.

"Tamahome." The young man answered.

"How about you?"

"Lord Sesshomaru." Sesshomaru said.

"There are no lords here other than his majesty. You lie." Tamahome argued.

Sesshomaru's eyes narrowed and he frowned angrily.

"I do not lie. Maybe I'll just kill this lord of yours and become the new lord of this despicable place." Sesshomaru said.

"Around here we take that as a threat." Tamahome said clenching his fist together.

He charged at Sesshomaru.

"You'll never become emperor as long as I'm alive!"

"Tamahome what are you doing?" A voice yelled behind him.

Tamahome fell to the ground in surprise. A girl with a brown shirt and skirt walked to Tamahome.

"We were looking for you, you know." She yelled. Tamahome regained his balance.

"Miaka, I'm busy!" Tamahome yelled. "I'm in the middle of a fight."

He said turning to Sesshomaru. But he was gone.

"What! Where did he go?" Tamahome said looking around.

"Tama-baby! There you are!" Another woman stepped out of the crowd wearing a purple kimono.

"Nuriko!" Tamahome yelled getting angrier. "Don't call me Tama-baby!"

Miaka patted Tamahome on the back.

"Who was your opponent?" She asked.

Tamahome calmed down and scrachted his head.

"His name was Sesshomaru. He was pretty strong and...I'm not really sure if he was a guy or a girl." Tamahome said. Miaka fake smiled.

"Heh, heh well it looks like we have another Nuriko hanging around." Nuriko turned and grabbed Miaka's hair.

"What did you say?"

Meanwhile, Sesshomaru was flying over the town. He spotted a large house.

"That must be where the emperor lives." He thought flying down towards the house.

"They're gone?" A young man said sitting inside the castle with 3 men and a child.

"You never send women shopping! They take all day." He said.

The man sitting in the biggest chair spoke.

"Tasuki. Calm down. I'm sure Miaka and the other will be back soon."

Tasuki signed, "You're too much of a softy."

"Is that why you hate women, Tasuki? You know." Another man said.

"They just take too long, that's all." Tasuki answered.

The emperor jerked his head up when one of his soldiers came running through the door.

"Your majesty, an intruder." He rose quickly along with the others running out the door.

They reached the front door of the castle, and ran outside. Sesshomaru was holding a man by the neck. He spotted the man in the nicest clothing. Sesshomaru threw the man off to the side. Along with the other men who had been defeated by Sesshomaru.

"I take it you are the emperor." He said.
