Hi All, this isn not going to be a long story. Proboably a two shot at best. I hope you enjoy.

InuYasha paced nervously along the bank of the stream, not far away from the village where he and Kagome lived. His gut twisted at the reason why he was waiting here.
It galled him to have to ask Lord Asshole for this but dammit it was for Kagome’s happiness and Youkai law was on his side. The fucker would have to honor his request. Especially since he was the direct cause of the problem he and Kagome faced.
A snapping twig drew his attention to the forest edge. Sesshomaru stood there gazing with contempt at him.
‘Fine, let him glare.’ thought InuYasha with sudden vindictive amusement. ‘The fates are about to give you, Sesshomaru, the kick in the teeth you so deserve.’
“Hanyou, why do you summon me here?” Sesshomaru spoke coldly, his hand flicking a long lock of silver hair behind his back.
“Kagome and me can’t have kids!” InuYasha blurted out, hands fisting at his side.
“And this concerns me in what way?” Boredom laced Sesshomaru’s tone as he turned insolently away.
“Because it’s your fault, you bastard!” InuYasha shouted at him, causing his half brother to halt his stride momentarily. “You caused the problem and you are going to fix it!”
Sesshomaru turned towards him, an eyebrow arched in derision. “And how do you propose I fix it, little brother? “
InuYasha gave a slow almost evil smile. “You are going to provide compensation for your actions, bastard.”
He watched as his brother’s eyes narrowed in fury. “I will do no such thing.”
White silk fluttered as the inuyoukai turned to walk away, his stride betraying his held in anger.
“Oh I think you will, Lord Asshole.” InuYasha drawled, almost giddy at the thought he had Sesshomaru over the proverbial barrel. “Youkai law says you must for the type of injury you gave me.”
‘Oh yeah, that halted the Ice Prick’s footsteps.’ He thought gleefully.
Sesshomaru turned back to face him. “You contacted the Council?” he growled, his hand clenching by his side.
Inuyasha gave an internal chuckle. That sure shook the ass up!
The hanyou pulled the scroll out of his sleeve and tossed it to his half brother. “They all agreed I had just cause for complaint and you have to provide reparations for the “grievous injury” you dealt me.”
He watched as Sesshomaru deftly caught the rolled up parchment and cracked the seal and began to unroll it. “And how much do I have to pay you, little brother? A thousand in gold, silks, spices…?”
InuYasha felt triumph flow through him as he watched Sesshomaru begin to read what had been written and ordered by the council, his eyes beginning to bleed red.
“No!” he spat furiously, crumbling the skin in his hands and tossed it angrily to the ground. “I will not do it!”
InuYasha let a sick grin flow on to his face. “You have to, asshole. It’s been ordered by the Council and by your own laws you have to abide by it.”
InuYasha chortled at Sesshomaru’s fury. “You have to give me a son or daughter, produced from your own seed!”
He continued to laugh at his half brothers rage. ‘Oh yes, he had the bastard by the balls now!’ he thought vengefully.
His laughter died off when he noticed Sesshomaru’s sudden stillness and the calculating look that appeared in his eye as he lifted the scroll from where he had thrown in on the grass and quickly re-read it.
InuYasha felt a sudden dread in the pit of his stomach at the slow smirk to cross the Inu’s mouth.
“The scroll says I may choose the mother to bear your child, half breed.” Sesshomaru said as his smile turned vicious.
“Yeah, so? Who ya gonna….” His words trailed off as his eyes widened in horror. “Oh fuck no! You ain’t touching her, ya bastard!”
An elegant eyebrow lifted. “You have no say in it, little brother. You chose this course, not I. And for the sake of both our honors it must proceed. I will take your mate to my bed and have her sweet body until she conceives.”
InuYasha snarled and flung himself at the smiling bastard and found himself slammed into a tree by his throat.
Sesshomaru glared hate filled eyes into his. “You will bring you mate to the clearing five miles from here near her fertile time. I will have a small dwelling built there to accommodate the needs of the both of us and you will NOT come near us during that time. Understood, hanyou?”
InuYasha felt himself flung away onto the river bank and lay there gaging and gasping for much needed air.
He tensed as his brother’s voice once again spoke. “I have to ask, whelp. Did you even tell Kagome of your plans? Or did you think you could just order me to give you a child and you hand it to your mate?”
He didn’t speak a word and knew his silence was telling Sesshomaru volumes. Honestly, he thought the bastard would refuse or father a child with a whore to give him. He hadn’t counted on Sesshomaru picking Kagome to be the one to be the birth mother.
He listened as Sesshomaru turned to leave but tensed as his words came at him again. “I have always had a fascination for your mate, hanyou and an attraction as well. She is a prize I will enjoy having in the most carnal of ways.”
InuYasha’s ears drooped as he contemplated what he had done and what Sesshomaru had said. His little plan of revenge had backfired badly.
Slowly he stood and trudged back towards the village, wondering how he was going to explain to Kagome what he’d done.

Kami, he wanted to look anywhere than at her furious and teary eyes. Kagome had not taken the news at all well.
“Let me get this straight, InuYasha. You want me to whore myself out so we can have a child? It that what you are telling me?” she hissed angrily as her hand clenched angrily around the copy of the scroll he had given Sesshomaru.
“It’s a chance for us to have a family, Kagome.” He told her, trying to persuade her and get his ass out of trouble.
“How could you ask me to do this, InuYasha? To sleep with your brother?” her voice echoing the betrayal her eyes now showed. Kagome’s voice sudden took on a firmness he knew from their past. “I won’t do it! I refuse! If we cant have children then fine, we will be childless but I won’t make myself be a whore just to get you a family!” Kagome spat angrily, tossing the scroll at his head.
“Dammit wench, don’t you understand what I have been telling you? You have no choice!” he yelled grabbing her roughly by the arms and giving her slight shake. “The council will make you! We are honor bound to abide by what they say and since Sesshomaru chose you to carry the baby you have to do what they say!”
“But I’m not youkai!” Kagome shouted back into his face.
“I AM!” he shouted back, shaking her again. “I have to abide by their rulings and as my mate you do as well!”
Her hand cracked solidly against his face snapping it to the side. She wrenched her arms from his bruising hands and shoved him away.
“Go to Hell, Yasha.” And fled from the small hut they lived in.
He stared brokenly at her retreating form as she stumbled towards Miroku and Sango’s home. “Believe me wench, I’m already there.” He whispered as he dropped to the ground.
